FP Pacific Panels - Stab-Lok type,, Past issues with circuits not tripping out when over-loading. Double-pole & single-pole breakers not tripping on overload about 25% of the time. Stab-Lok Circuit breaker bus bar connection points are also an issue and may not seat correctly. Next, the FP panels had circuit breakers designed for either right or left hand installation only! If a home owner moved one breaker from the right to left side of panel it would not seat correctly and could cause electrical overheating of bus/breaker contact point. Are the recommendations still to replace these?? Any other issues ???
