Default Flex conduit approved for exterior use???

I've only seen this in kitchen cabinets. What's the verdict?

Joe, that is smurf tubing for interior use only, are they kidding using this conduit on the exterior.?

This is a mobile home. The curtain-wall serves only as a skirt to keep the possums out and does nothing of structural significance. I'm planning to to point it out, but not make a big deal out of it. Agree??
