Didn't know they had mercury. Now I do. Probably still won't buy any. About 10 years ago I had an opportunity to buy light bulbs at a price that was lower than the rebate. No limit! Not only did I make a couple hundred dollars (net) but I have enough light bulbs to last me for life.

Disposal has been an issue for quite some time mostly in the Commercial market due to the number of bulbs in place.

The hazard is not the bulb. The hazard is what is in the bulb.

I guess the issue is now coming to the residential market with regard to bulb disposal.

That's what I was thinking, too, Raymond.
