Consult electrician before closing of title. Mixing of copper and aluminum.

Besides the wrong mounting screw, I see branch circuit ground wires twisted together and jammed into the wrong terminal, plus the aluminum ground wire twisted around the grounding conductor but not clamped.

Call for Repair by a certified electrician.
