Not a webinar, but Eaton just published an article covering much of the same thing. It's called Arc Flash Energy Reduction Techniques and focuses on energy reducing maintenance switching including personal protective equipment requirements designed to keep maintenance workers safe. It also covers what an engineer can do to design a safer environment including:
