Hello, i am from the California Youth Energy Services (CYES) and we are a non-profit organization that is funded by PG&E where we provide FREE services to the residents to make their homes more efficient. We change all incandescent light bulbs to more efficient CFLs and changing all aerators and shower head if they're inefficient in result helping you lower electric and water bill plus we get to help the enviorment. We provide other FREE services such as checking attic insulation, a free retractable clothesline, and we can swap halogen torchiere lamps for energy efficient alternatives.
