What is the ground to. I would think that using the romex & cutting the hot/nuetral isnt up to code. Any suggestions on what the ground is to?
This was located at the bath tub access panel. |

Please Note:

Probably the house has an ungrounded system and someone wanted to ground a nearby computer outlet or the bathroom GFCI. Of course it isn't legal.
