Harry Homeowner Stikes Again!

Here's a couple of pictures from a recent inspection that I had to share with everyone. These were from a distribution panel located in an attic space. I opened the panel up and just started laughing. The client knew something was wrong at that point, but had to wait for me to stop chuckling for an explaination. For the record...this isn't what killed the deal. I think it was the natural stream running through the basement that did it.
