Default High powered electric lines

I have a client that is interested in a house with Huge electric lines very near. The are concerned about eltromagnetic fields and the long term affects on their family. Does anyone know how to test? How to get good info?

I knew this would get to the "tin foil hat" people.
I suspect these are the same people who have those other "internet/Oprah diseases".

Not a problem if they put proper shielding in the home and re-test yearly

Cost for first year is the cost of your equipment

The effects are in the minds of your client
