Default Improper Box Type

Can someone review when this type of box can be used out doors. I believe it is OK under covered areas, but I don't like this installation even though it is under the eaves.

I noted the NM-B cable type, the need for conduit/protection, and the missing strain relief (not visible in photo).

That is a dry location box Good call.
