Would "and more" be the access panel being left off or the missing bird proof top from the flue pipe?

That comes later when the birds fiy over the equipment. We need an AC person who can tell us about those vents and if they are OK.

What vents you talking about, the flue pipe that needs attention or the fresh air intake duct?
What is that on top of the RT units?

Is this Electrical ?

I am sure that roof mounted HVAC unit is light commercal sized but i am sure the HVAC inspectors will chime in on the clearanice space IMO in fact it don't matter if electrical related or HVAC related issue the service space should be alot more room than that is.

Just off thread for a min i know one HVAC forum did show the photo not the same one as this photo but alot of resdentail units from Southeast area some are mounted on pretty insane type of roofs. [ Mods let me know if that ok i can post the link so you can see their forum they have heackva a tons of photos some of you Home Inspecter should learn a thing or two from the HVAC pro's ]

Merci, Marc

Beats me. I don't set the criteria, nor do I even care. You're the one who told me in the first place a year or so back that some people don't have to pay for their memberships, and you named off a few. I'm not sure why you're making a big song and dance out of it at this point. I suppose drama is part of your nature.

Mark,

When you havbe contributed as much time to this org and its members as Paul has, you can legitimately open your mouth.

Paul has taken countless telephone calls from NACHI members. He has devoted time and energy to helping, not pontificating. He has the ability to recognize "grey", as opposed to only paying attention to the written word.

Drama aint his strong point.

All I said was that some have been awarded, to expand on the thoughts of a previous poster, and didn't even have Paul in my mind in the slightest. I had a couple other guys in mind, one of which seldom participates in the forum, and another who has not participated in years and who's name nobody would probably recognize. I had no idea Paul didn't pay for his membership, and frankly don't care who pays and who doesn't. I was chiming in for completeness sake, which I understand is something you might rather have be quited. As is his usual fashion, Paul went off the deep end with dots, lots of laughs, and fella's. Surely you see that as strange behavior? This whole forum tends to have a culture of guys who lash out at slightest invitation. I'm not quite sure I know why that is. Probably because of a Napoleonic tongue-tied leader who never misses a chance to call others dirtbags and scumbags. That would be my guess.
