It's been a while since anyone needed to get in this panel! At least it was only the main disconnect.

Well, at least you can be reasonably sure that there hasn't been any recent modifications to the service equipment. Still a bad condition, no matter how you look at it. . .

I would also hazard a guess that the tree is to close to the foundation.

I fairly sure there's something in electrical codes that say a panel has to be "readily accessible"......but why would a human know that?
