I came back to offer my professional opinion concerning electrical installations and how they would relate to the Home Inspection profession not to listen to a bunch of kids arguing about who’s dad can beat up the others dad.

If this site is going to fall back into this type of anarchy then I think that the title should be changed from a site designed for the Professional Home Inspector to a site for kids to argue that my dog is bigger than your dog.

Make sure you take the reply of a Texas inspector!

according to Texas, there is no law stating the NEED for replacement, but should be stated or discussed as obsolete and should be a good idea to replace due to more electricity used now a days, as well as gfci's, afci, and 3 prong outlets.
