Default I know the wire is damaged........

Homeowner damaged the wiring and taped it up to protect it?

This is the dishwasher wire.....maybe I should have removed the tape while the sink drain seal was dripping on my head?

Actually my house turns into a bigger POS each time I walk through the front door...looking at the roof on the way in.....listening to the garage door creak, looking at caulking around windows.....

But yes.....funny how all these homes have come from the same Broker Hmmmm......
