Time to replace this tired old EXO. Deteriorated (and missing) lugs, corrosion on fuse contact surfaces and switch hinges (jaws too, most likely).

Certainly not the first time I've seen hose clamps used in such a "creative" manner, although a good part of the time I see such clamps used to tighten up a fatigued fuse jaw.
