Default Main & Sub located within 3' of bar sink

What says you? Nice new finished basement with a wet bar. 1999 construction.

I know there not allowed in clothes closets or bathrooms, but I can't find anything about them being too close to sinks in general.

No restrictions to proximity to any sink. As long as clearances are met they are fine. The sink can literlally be right next to a panel.

Unless there is a receptacle at the panel, or near the sink, what risk is there?
