Default Main Panel clearance from sink

What is a safe distance the main panel should be from a laundry tub? Many of my inspections have the main panel mounted above a dryer or arms length from the washer shut off valves or laundry tubs.

As long as the required "working space" is maintained, there are no additional rules for sinks.
