The article in the link above, doesn't say much. I'll fill in what I can.
Mark was a building contractor in the area I live in. He lived about 3 miles from me. Mark leaves a wife and 2 young children.

All I can say is, with Mark's experience and knowledge, what the heck was he doing on that hydro pole?

Since he was up in the primary I bet he was trying to close the cutout. I don't suppose he had a real hot stick.

Where we live, the power goes out often. I've got 2 generators for that purpose. One hooks right into the panel, giving me 20 circuits to use. No need for me to be climbing poles.
