Default How many total amps?

Each toggle of the mains was labeled 70. What is the total amps?

The conductor on the left in your first pic appears to be overheating...

I say 140 amps. #2/0 Al for a single family dwelling is rated for 150 amps.

The cloth conductors at top in second pic need attention.
