Hopefully, most inspectors, even without a temp reading would note the discoloration of the lug and the insulation, and the fact that the conductor isn't fully seated in the lug. Enough evidence to scream out, LOOSE CONNECTION!

yepp...I am sure it can be noticed also when the range, dryer and the kids leave all the lights on in the house as well.....
