While inspecting this house yesterday, everything was looking pretty good for an 80yr old house until I got to the sevice panel and sub panel above it. The sevice panel had dead bees falling out of it when I removed the dead front and the sub had two mice that were enlightened. now I know why its important not to have any open knockouts in the box.

Yep........so when I hear some of my stubborn local electrical buddies say...dont the HI's have anything better to do then report on openings.....THEY should look tt these pictures and SHUT UP.....
