Default Mixed breakers
This crouse-hinds panel had 5 or 6 different types of breakers in it. More like a "crouse-heinz 57 variety". Clearly there were other issues as well.

They're just testing to see if you're pay attention to the "newly upgraded" electrical.

I'm sure everything else was "just perfect".
