These pics are the same inspection as earlier post. Work was supposedly done by a master electrician, [owner's statement]. The fuse box was in the rear of the garage feeding power to an outdoor outlet for a pool.
The main disconnect box is feeding the 2nd panel for this duplex, the ground wire for the 1st panel fed in with only connection is were they touch coming through the panel. Both boxes are attached to water meters along with the ground cable pictured ending in the sidewalk! At minimum creates a trip hazard.
