Default Neutral Lug
So do you think they tightened the neutral wire to the specified torque?

Good catch on that one.
Now can you explain to your client as to why that is dangerous without losing them in terminology. Thats what sets us apart from the norm.

Wow, that's a real fire hazard. Was there actually a neutral load on that panel? I hope that they had no multi-wire branch circuits.
