The white wire on the bottom left breaker should have been re-identified as a hot conductor.

The double tap in the 3rd photo should not be an issue as long as the wires are properly sized. Square D, both QO and Homeline are listed for use with 2 conductors in 15, 20 and 30 amp.

This is service equipment. The neutrals and grounds on the same buss is fine. However, the neutrals all need to be one per hole, no sharing.

Hard to tell from the angle, but what is going on with the 2 double pole breakers on the right side bottom?
