Paul...the proper thing was done a couple of years ago when the ESOP Committee kicked this sick bastard out of NACHI. Letting him back in was the mistake...and I am curious as to why the correct and prompt expulsion option is not being applied as it was in the recent past?

Paul...have you investigated a TRO or AVO? Depending upon the level of harassment and intimidation or worse then one may be in order. I would doubt a TRO would be issued based solely on message board crap but telephone harassment is a different story. It would certainly put you on the offensive and the target of the TRO on the defensive and might go a long way towards ending your problem. Your attorney or the local DA's office could advise you I'm sure.

No ESOP Committee member will respond to inquiries regarding a matter that they are meeting on. We will all hear their ruling at the time it is announced, it there is one.

It is a good process...it just seems a little late coming, this time. That's just my opinion, though.

The rules never changed. What happened a few months ago was a fiasco that was designed by an expelled member. He wanted a public forum for all to see and judge. He received what he wanted minus the results. The result shocked him bigtime, in fact I think he suffers from the fall out to this day!

BTW His doing, not the ESOP committee.

No one but Joe Tedesco...and only Joe Tedesco....has stalked members at their day jobs and made telephone calls to their jobs to get them in trouble.

No one but Joe Tedesco...and only Joe Tedesco.... has called and harassed members by telephone for what they have posted on the message board.

No one but Joe Tedesco....and only Joe Tedesco.... has paid money to enter a site that maintains criminal records and then posted them openly on the message board with the intent to harm the reputation of a member and his business.

No one has come close to the severity or the number of COE violations as has Joe Tedesco.
