Exclamation One scary hook-up

I ran into this last October, something on the board reminded me of it. I wasn't posting on the board at the time.

It must have been one brave (and extremely stupid) person that did this.
Jumper cable hooked up to the unfused service wire!!!!
The utility company had turned off the electric and I guess he wanted electric for the inspection.
