Panel box ground wire ..Question, pics

It this acceptable installation? It seems that the ground wire is
is not secured. Or excessive cable. Excuse the picture I forgot to shrink it.

It should be protected from any physical damage that might occur. Typically run in a pipe with a bond strap/clamp at the end.
