Default Panel identificatiom
This looks like a Zinsco panel to me. House is 40 years old and there are no tags left on the panel. Does anyone know if the gray breaker down towards the neutral buss is a Zinsco. The dead front will barely fit over this breaker.

Yes, that's a Zinsco panel. The breaker is an after-market product made specifically for Zinsco panels.
