Yep, if you were in the Orient and the frog had a bamboo skewer shoved up his behind it would be used to flavor the soup or stew. Frog jerky.

That is the remains of a Cuban Tree Frog. They are exotics but I still like having a couple in the screen cage around my pool. One has been living in the PVC towel rack for a while. They come out at night and eat bugs. (a good thing)
Until they start showing signs of starvation I think I still need them.
