Wink Put a band-aid on the problem

Literally, if you have a missing breaker plate knock-out, put a band-aid on it. Silly homeowner. See pics. (I already know the ramifications of Zinsco "magnatrip")

With that panel, they should have hung a first aid burn kit in there instead.

And a smoke alarm mounted above. ( I actually had an electrician tell a client to mount a smoke alarm above the panel rather than replace it, another Zinsco)
