Recalled AFCI

The catalog #'s on these AFCI's are on the recall list; however, a recalled date code is not on the breakers. Should both a recalled catalog # and a recalled date code be on the breaker to mention on the report? Recalled breakers were sold in 2004. This home was built in 2002; however, it is possible these breakers were put in later. They're also stacked.
