Default Separated Service Neutral

This is the third one this week. The uninsulated crimp on the 120V conductor made this one particularly scary.

I hope that the water pipe connection is a good one since it's probably carrying the neutral current to the neighbors service and back to the utility transformer.

I had the agent call the utility company. They showed up just as I was leaving. I consider this just as urgent as a gas leak.

Probably more urgent, at least gas can be smelled...
