Arrow Service Equipment in Driveway

Service equipment installed in the driveway with an add on meter, see any problems here?

Without more guidance I would start out with 230.2 (2 services)

Here the POCO would require pipe bollards to be installed in the driveway to protect the socket.

You may need to contact the local POCO for their requirements.

Greg:

I saw only one service entrance raceway, the meter on the left was tapped to the SEC's in the 3 gang meter socket enclosure.

OK I see that other drop is the phone, I thought the last meter had a separate drop.
