Service Panel - Multiple cables thru one clamp

I have seen multiple romex cables run through a single clamp on numerous panels. I know some connectors are rated for multiple cables, but not like this. See upper right corner. This panel is good otherwise. Would you call it out? Defect or improve?

I wouldn't lose any sleep over this. No I would not call this out.

No more than 2-3 wires should be bundled together, so this would simply be noted... but I wouldn't recommend having an Electrician correct.
