Talking Service Panel - Multiple cables thru one clamp

I have seen multiple romex cables run through a single clamp on numerous panels. I know some connectors are rated for multiple cables, but not like this. See upper right corner. This panel is good otherwise. Would you call it out? Defect or improve?

No more than 2-3 wires should be bundled together, so this would simply be noted... but I wouldn't recommend having an Electrician correct.
