Default sheetrock dust in distribution panel

Do you call this out in your report or do you feel it is not noteworthy?

Just wondering?

Absolutely. There should be no foreign material in the cabinet.

Agreed....simple fix ( blow it out) but yes it needs to be cleaned out of the enclosure.

This is why my wife gets so frustrated with contractors. Don't you have a vacuum?
