i see you were testing it fully too. the switch is ON and your in the tub. did you turn it on while testing the flow and electricution value.???

Switches cannot be installed within wet locations in tub or shower spaces unless installed as part of a listed tub or shower assembly.

Good catch. My process:

1) turn on light.

2) step in.

3) take photo.

4) step out.

5) test water flow.

6) live another day.
