Looks like a 250 amp to me

and here is one from the second inspect of the day... because a new disconnect is sooo expensive.

Judging from the second photo (below) I would guess that this was a factory installed jumper for a non-fused disconnect which would fine if an OCPD were not required. The copper tubing in the first photo is an obvious violation.
