Solid AL branch in 1990 Home

Caught me off guard a bit, but ran across Solid #10 Aluminum connected to a 50 amp breaker (likely serving range) in a 90’s home… go figure.

You keep your eyes peeled, you never know what you’ll run across. Crazy.

Not the right size is it.

not quite… but I guess they tried.

May be the first time I’ve seen solid AL in a home in 90’s as well.

It must be a regional thing as I never see it here, solid AL that is
