Default sub panel verbiage

Could someone please give me some decent verbiage regarding sub panel neutral/ground separation and neutral isolation. Thanks.

I would suggest that you address the specific issue at each panel, rather than trying to "explain" how it should be wired.

Such as;

The neutral conductors are bonded to the enclosure, which is improper and should be corrected - or,

The grounding conductors are not bonded to the enclosure, which is required and should be corrected - etc. . .

It's much less confusing this way.
