Ok you got me Joe with a minor infraction. Even so that LB should not be buried. Should it? I did not see any markers identifieing the JB.

The picture actually shows a "Handhole Enclosure" and this term is new in the 2005 NEC. See the new Definition and new Article 314 Title, calling it a box up until now would not be a problem.
