I came across an ungrounded electrical system in a house the other day. The wire was hanging there with the clamp but not attached to the cold water pipe. I noted this for the client but should I inform the listing office of this hazard? Its an all electric home throughout. Thank you.

The system may be grounded, but not bonded. Did you find all of the receptacles ungrounded?
