Default Upgrade/Update Chart

Does anyone have chart with some "rules of thumb" that can be used to determine the date of a panel upgrade/update?

Did you have any specifics in mind for this chart? Grounding, GFCI's, AFCI's, etc?

Oftentimes the inspection sticker will show a date.
