The photos below depict a GFCI receptacle that was added in a bathroom at some point in the past. The GFCI got the hot wire from the light switch, and the neutral was connected to the water line! This creates a clear hazard, as the water line is being used as a current carrying conductor when the GFCI is in use.

Not to mention the "S" trap as well......that Plumber/Electrician was batting 1000.........
