Default Whats this outlet for? lol

I found this an odd place for an out let. This is at the top floor on the 2nd level on outside of house.

I doubt it all the outlets in the finished basement were either ungrounded or had the hot and neutral reversed. Its an electrical nightmare lol

could be a charger outlet for a electric plane. you know the small ones that pick up the mail at those airmail boxes you see down here.

If it is for heat strips for deicing then it does not have to be GFCI protected.
