Default Would a qualified electrician do this?

Yesterdays inspection.

Many other issues as well.

I suggested full review by "qualified electrician"

We have to examine the term " Qualified". There are many that are considered "qualified" by the state they work in........but being qualified in something does not make them "GOOD" at it....just qualified on paper only.

Yes, I have seen "qualified" electricians do things like this on a daily basis and I am always shaking my head.......wishing the State would give me power to REVOKE licenses versus allowing me to renew them.
