Default How would I report this???!!!!

How would I report this. The second picture is a breaker outside the main panel and it is for the stove. The first picture shows where it taps into the same spot as the service entry lines. You can see that off to the right is the main breaker and on left where wires are doubled up it says "Factory Installed".

Thanks for your help on this.

Always keep your goals in the forefront of your mind. And for heaven sake write them down! Revisit them often and adjust them accordingly. The Goals don't necessarily change, but the path to them seems to change all the time.

Branch circuit servicing the stove is double tapped with the main service entry conductors in the main panel. Major Concern. Recommend evaluation by an electrical contractor and repair per their recommendation.

Just out of curiouisty, are the SEC copper or aluminum. Either way it is wrong, but if they are aluminum they will fuse with the copper wires.
