What is wrong here?
Check this out, some things can not be fixed. Like stupid!

Missing cover plate and no staples, the only real violations there.

Are you worried about the proximity of the electrical box to the plumbing pipes? If so, there is nothing to worry about.

Is that a shower valve right on top of that elect. box and are those wires on the right bottom flexible type and on top AL?
