Anyone have any input on this pigtail installation on a new panel? The pigtail ? I have my own thoughts but like input from others.

It is all legal as long as the pigtails are in the panel. Was this panel a upgrade?

Yes, upgraded from a Federal Pacific Stab-Lock.

Isn't the sheathing supposed to be cut back to 1 inch? What's with the wire ties?

Looks like a common installation by any of our area electricians that install power demand boxes.
