AC breaker size

Some AC units require max. fuse or circuit breaker size of 25 amp. With 25 amp. disconnect fuses and #10 wire, is a 30 amp. breaker in the panel box acceptable?

No, the disconnects are generally not overcurrent proitection.

No, max size is 25 amp.

The reason for question #2 is I don't recall seeing any 25 amp. breakers.
